Greenway Paralegal Professional Corporation’s representation fees and matter disbursements are separate charges.
Representation fees are the professional fees charged by Greenway Paralegal Professional Corporation for legal services provided in connection with your matter, as outlined in your Retainer Agreement.
Disbursements are separate costs incurred in connection with your matter, including government fees, court filing fees, service fees, document-related expenses, and other third-party charges that may be necessary as your matter progresses.
Below are disbursement costs that a Client may anticipate depending on the nature, requirements, and circumstances of their matter. Not all disbursements will apply to every matter, and additional disbursements may arise as the matter progresses.
Please note that HST is not charged on disbursements where the applicable disbursement is not subject to HST. Government fees and third-party charges are subject to change without notice.
Clients are responsible for reimbursing Greenway Paralegal Professional Corporation for applicable disbursements incurred on their behalf in accordance with the terms of their Retainer Agreement.
